Me Linh Logistics Joint Stock Company would like to share with the community the import and export tax schedule of 2023 in the article below.
I. List of Vietnam’s Import-Export goods according to Circular 31/2022/TT-BTC

II. Import and export tariffs in 2021 related to imported and exported goods
A total of 31 tax schedules, including:
– Export Tariff
– Normal Import Tariffs
– Preferential import tariff
– Value Added Tax Schedule
– Special Consumption Tariff
– Tariff for Environmental Protection
– 22 Special Preferential Import Tariffs & 03 Preferential Export Tariffs of Vietnam participating in 17 bilateral and multilateral trade agreements.
In there:
+ The normal Import-Export and Preferential Import Tariffs are updated according to the guidance of the General Department of Customs in Official Dispatch No. 5731/TCHQ-TXNK dated December 29, 2022 (currently still waiting for a Decree/Decision to be issued. new regulations of the Government & Prime Minister).
+ Tariffs of special preferential import, preferential export are updated according to Decrees from 112 to 127 & 129/2022/ND-CP dated December 30, 2022 of the Government (source: thuvienphapluat.vn) .
III. The policies on management of goods according to HS codes of the Government and Ministries and Sectors related to 8,724/14,414 HS codes (refer to the updated policy because the ministries/sectors have not yet issued the lists of goods. new according to Circular 31/2022/TT-BTC).
